Led by chef Rudy Guitierrez, the Red Hen Cantina has expanded and strengthened its authentic Mexican food menu. Rudy was the chef at the Red Hen when it first opened, and after 15 years, he returned to head up our kitchen in January. His food is absolutely fantastic, says Red Hen owner Norm Sawicki, who is a connoiseur of great Mexican food.
