2pm. Come meet local author Ellen Ekstrom. She’ll read from two of her latest works,
“Ascalon,” a story of St. George and the Dragon, and the fairy tale, “The Shop Girl of
Flowergate.” She writes fantasy, historical, and literary fiction, with a particular interest
in the medieval period, and occasionally she delves into matters of the modern heart.
