meeting the eligibility criteria set forth below:
• Income: Annual income is equal to or less
than $40,000
• Educational level: Does not have a bachelor’s
degree
• Age: 18 or older
• Income: A document such as a paystub, bank
statement with direct deposit, form W-2,
form 1099, or an unemployment benefits
receipt
• SkillUp Registration: Provided ID – link would
