showcases more
than 200 “Woodies,” unique, pre-1952 cars
with iconic wood bodies. Stroll the Wharf and
enjoy stellar coastal views while you soak up
the sun and beauty of the vintage vehicles. This
year’s highlights include music, memorabilia and
raffle prize drawings. Strike a surf-tastic pose in the
“Woodie” photo booth, play bocce or corn
hole games, watch surf demonstrations

County Fair
This quintessential celebration of all things summer combines
a carnival, live music, and creative and culinary arts into one
super-sized package. Bring the kids to play and learn at youth
exhibits and tons of fun activities for the entire family. Highlights
include a giant Ferris wheel, petting zoo, Chinese acrobats,
pig races, butterfly exhibit, hypnotist, silent disco, oodles of decadent
delicacies and a stellar lineup of performers to keep crowds
grooving. Throw-back R&B group Morris Day and The Time
is the first main stage act of the fair, kicking off the festivities on
June 8. Other crowd-pleasing performers include Air Supply, Sir
Mix-a-Lot, Commodores and 98 Degrees, June 8–16, times vary.

Paisley caught the country music bug
