regions, asking respondents where they feel the most time
pressure and how it has impacted their work and personal

that more than a third of the workforce (and half of Gen Z
workers) plan to switch jobs in the next year. Their decisions
are driven by the increasing lack of work-life balance,
productivity issues and burnout. To keep current employees,
and recruit new ones, 63% of small and medium business
leaders made the following changes:
