At Sierra Summer, students will find academics perfectly
balanced with a fun and exciting recreational program.
Eight weeks of fun from June 17 through Aug. 9, with the
morning hours focusing on Sierra's strong core curriculum.
Afternoons are devoted to creative, engaging and
entertaining activities revolving around a variety of weekly
themes. Full and half day options are available. Sierra
Summer offers opportunities for learning and growing,
both in the classroom and through engaging enrichment
activities, making for an unforgettable summer.

De Anza College Academy

De Anza College Academy offers not-for-credit enrichment
and studies skills classes during the summer and
throughout the academic year. The Academy is open to
all students in grades 1 through 12 and offers engaging
real-world experiences in a supportive environment. Led
by credentialed teachers and programming, robotics and
integrated engineering teachers who are alums of elite
universities such as MIT Stanford and SJSU, and tech
titans such as Google and HP, classes allow students
to flex their engineering and programming abilities in
a fun, intensive and fulfilling environment. De Anza's
academically inspirational, fun and rigorous program
builds an empowering foundation for lifelong learning.

The Harker School

With an emphasis on math, science and language arts,
there are lots of summertime opportunities for academic
improvement and recreational fun at The Harker School. A
special program for kindergarteners allows young learners
to celebrate summer with art, music and STEM classes,
while children in grades 1–5 K–5 may partake in Camp Plus,
which teaches core curriculum. Summer Institute provides
rigorous for-credit and non-credit academics for students
in grades 6–12, including a Summer Conservatory, and
many youth travel to San Jose to learn or improve English
skills at the English Language Institute. Activity choices
include sports, art, robotics and more. Swim school has
both group and private lessons for swimmers of all abilities
from beginner to high-level competition.

Montalvo Arts Center’s multidisciplinary summer camps
are unique in the South Bay. They offer sessions in several
traditional arts practices, including music, painting,
dance and theater. They also offer the unexpected, such
as culinary arts, fashion design, textile weaving, and
treehouse building. All camp sessions are led by professional
artists active in the disciplines they’re teaching. Campers
will learn new skills and flex their creative muscles while
they make new friends and express themselves, all in the
greenery and fresh air of the gorgeous park-like grounds
in the Saratoga foothills.

Summer at Sand Hill School provides personalized
instruction for bright children with learning differences
to explore and thrive in a supportive environment. In
addition to specialized reading support and writing and
math education, the three-week program includes social
emotional learning, PE, visual and performing arts, science
