events flourish at Guglielmo, starting with a fun-filled
Bottle Your Own event on Nov. 4, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., when
patrons can bottle and label their own red wine. That’s followed
by a gift-buying extravaganza with the winery’s 29th
annual Holiday Gift Faire, Dec. 2–3 and Dec. 9–10 from 10
a.m. to 5 p.m. Take a break from hectic holiday shopping
and begin a new tradition of wine tasting, gourmet food
sampling, hot mulled wine, carolers and more. The winery’s
charming gift shop is open through December and filled
with wine-themed gifts, customized gift baskets, handpainted
ceramics and a large selection of gourmet food.

hometown candy store has plenty of the sweet treats to
go around. For 100 years, the purveyor of fine confections
has made delicious handmade chocolates using only
high quality ingredients and favors. Many of the recipes
still used today were created by the company’s founders
and include classic favorites such as boxed creams and
chews and holiday-themed truffle pops. For the holidays,
the scrumptious-smelling shop has oodles of offerings like
Santa’s snowmen and sleighs made from milk, dark and
white chocolate, as well as holiday-themed gift baskets and
their newest delight, sea salt caramels. Visit the historic
