Stevenson School is a day and boarding
community that prepares students for the
challenges of college and beyond. Just an
hour south of Silicon Valley, the upper
division campus covers 50 scenic acres
in Pebble Beach. The boarding program
welcomes 300 student residents from 15
states and 24 countries; with faculty families
in every dorm. An additional 200 day
students comprise the upper division student
body. A cornerstone of the growthoriented
Stevenson experience is the outdoor
education program; a highlight of
which is an empowering 11-day sophomore
backpacking trip. Stevenson’s lower
and middle division Carmel campus is a
Blue-Ribbon School, featuring exceptional
STEM, after-school program, Chinese
and Spanish programs; two teachers per
class from PK-4; and Harkness philosophy
used in middle grades. Stevenson’s faculty
and support team work together to inspire
