Louise McCallion, an executive with Sun Microsystems, relocated
to California from Scotland in 1994 to advance her career in the
high-tech world. During a traumatic period in her life, she sought
intensive, individualized treatment, an experience that helped
her identify with otherwise high-functioning adults struggling
with such issues as stress, anxiety and past trauma.
Applying the passion and drive that led her to success in
other ventures, Louise founded Reflections, a licensed, upscale
dual diagnosis facility offering all levels of care, from inpatient
detox and dual diagnosis treatment to intensive
outpatient programs. Unlike most “one size fits all” behaviormodification

based models, Reflections provides intensive individualized
residential and outpatient treatment led by Ph.D.
Clinical Psychologists trained and experienced in the fields of
substance abuse and mental health.
The holistic approach includes relapse prevention, multiple
group therapies, private family sessions, where appropriate, and
a host of healing activities including art, music, massage, equine
and yoga.
Reflections’ six-client maximum program ensures privacy and
